The Sacrament of Forgiveness
Understanding sin and the difference between serious and less serious sin are crucial concepts for the reception of the sacrament of Reconciliation. For this reason, the church leaves the decision of readiness in the hands of the parents, but instruction is provided at St. Jude.

Parent Information Meeting
Parents are expected to attend the parent information meeting about the Sacrament of Reconciliation.

Wednesday, September 22,2021 7pm in room E104 in the Education Building
This meeting will be videotaped and sent to families who miss the in-person meeting.
Childcare is currently not available.
Purple folders with all the contents are due back by December 3, 2021
First Reconciliation Workshop
You will register for one date and time. One parent attends the workshop with their child. The registration link will be sent to you in December through [email protected]

First Reconciliation Celebration
You will register for the date and time you want. The registration link will be sent to you in December through [email protected]
You will bring your child to the Reception Area on the day you choose and then you will go to the church and wait for your child to come to the church to say their penance.
