The Allen Food Pantry is made up of the faithful in the communities of Allen, Fairview and Lucas. As a 501(c}3 non-profit organization that is 100% Volunteer based, we operate solely on contributions with no federal or state assistance. We help our neighbors that are out of work due to Covid-19, Grandparents caring for grandchildren, returning servicemen, relocated hurricane/disaster victims, refugees, plus loved ones in financial difficulty ("our working poor"}. We serve approximately 6,000 people a year plus we are seeing an increase in our clients.
In anticipation of your Thanksgiving celebration, please prayerfully consider our neighbors in need.
The Allen Food Pantry will be feeding 175 families this year and are seeking donations.
