THIS BAPTISM PREPARATION IS FOR:
Parents with an unbaptized child (newborn – 6 years of age) who are open to raising their child in the Catholic faith.  This preparation also includes expectant parents.

ABOUT THE PROCESS:
Our Baptism Coordinator will accompany parents of the child receiving the sacrament through a step-by-step process:
 

1. Fill out and submit the Baptism Inquiry Form by Clicking on the "Baptism Inquiry Form" icon below. 
2. Once the inquiry form is submitted, the Baptism Coordinator will contact the parent(s) to set up a meeting and guide them on the next steps including setting a Baptism date. 
3. Parents are responsible for gathering and submitting all of the required paperwork and paying a $30 Baptism processing fee.  All necessary paperwork is due 2 weeks prior to the Baptism. 
4. As part of the process, the parent(s) and godparent(s)/Christian Witness(es) are responsible for attending a Baptism Class prior to the Baptism. We ask that parents take the class in person. Godparents/Christian Witnesses have the option to take the class in-person or on-line. 
5. The last step is the joy-filled Celebration of the Baptism!
