Baptism Coordinatorswalshstjudeparish.comMy name is Sara Walsh and I am the Baptism Coordinator. I served as the main receptionist for the parish for 10 and a half years, however, when the Baptism Coordinator position opened up in December of 2022, I took a leap of faith and changed positions on staff. My main responsibility is walking families through the process of having their child Baptized, and I feel blessed to be able to assist in the process of families partaking in this most joyous and Holy Sacrament. I continue to coordinate priests’ visits to the infirmed, handle the scheduling of Mass Intentions and Spiritual Bouquets, serve as part of the Pastoral Care Team and Coordinate the Giving Tree Project. I feel very blessed to be a part of the St. Jude Staff and to serve our parishioners in any way I can. My main goal in my job is to make everyone who visits the parish office feel welcome!
My husband Pat and I have been parishioners since 1996, when we moved to Allen from Cincinnati, Ohio. We are the proud parents of two grown daughters who both received their sacraments, attended Sunshine and Rainbows Preschool and were involved in ushering and altar serving here at St. Jude. This parish is home to our family!
