Carnival Sponsorships | September 18-21, 2025

Sponsors are the foundation of our carnival.  Funds generated through our sponsorship program enables us to defray a significant portion of the cost to produce the four-day event.  Those expenses include safety measures (Police), tents, prizes and inflatables to name a few.  All proceeds from the four-day event are directed primarily to youth-related activities and infrastructure, community outreach which includes assisting at-need children in our community.   The proceeds also assist in the funding of an occasional youth-oriented project around the church.  The 2024 Carnival cleared $114K, thanks to our generous sponsors who covered all the expenses involved in producing the Carnival.  Your generosity is greatly appreciated.

Sponsors due - August 1 (Pennant Sponsors due September 9).  Sponsorships received after the deadline may not be displayed on the t-shirts or midway sign.   Call Sandy @ 859-583-8147 or email [email protected] for more information.  Sponsorship forms and payment may be dropped off at the St. Jude office or completed by using the below link.
