This is part of the We Care Program for the week of Oct. 24th for LOVE through Service. The collection began with the Children’s Mass on Oct. 24th and ended on Oct. 27th.
Box of Joy is a Christmas program that allows poor children in developing countries the experience and joy of Christmas. The gift alone is not just the blessing, but the message of hope and love that a family or individual in the United States cares for them. Camille Crespo-Martinez and her American Heritage Girls are putting these boxes together at the end of October. We are helping the poor by doing this project with them.
